If a patch test or full extension appointment is scheduled later, any applicable charges will be explained beforehand.
A patch test detects allergic reactions to adhesives and products, protecting your health and preventing complications. We apply a small amount behind the ear or on the arm and monitor for 24–48 hours, ensuring your skin and lashes tolerate the materials used.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and bring any photos of desired styles. Avoid recent lash treatments, and disclose medications or skin conditions. If you have sensitive eyes or allergies, mention them so the specialist can tailor recommendations and decide if a patch test is required.
