Only clients who received a premium volume set at our salon within the last 17 days qualify. We require a minimum of 50% retention to safely refill and ensure a strong foundation for replacing gaps and preserving lash health.
A minimum of 50% extension retention is required to perform the fill. This ensures your natural lashes can support added volume and allows the stylist to blend new extensions without overloading or damaging existing lashes.
If retention is under 50%, your stylist will assess lash health and may recommend a full set or partial refill instead. We prioritize safety and desired results, and any alternative will be explained along with time and pricing implications.
Most volume fills take approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how many lashes need replacing and the level of blending required. More complex corrective work may lengthen the appointment; you will receive an estimated time when booking.
Minor adjustments to fan size or density can usually be made during a fill, but significant style changes often require a full set. Your stylist will consult beforehand to ensure the new look blends safely with your existing extensions.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours prior. Bring your appointment confirmation and expect a lash check. Avoid lash serums the day of and plan to keep eyelashes dry for 24 hours after the service.
